1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Investing Income ("we," "us," or "our"), including our web applications, calculators, option planning tools, and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. No Investment or Financial Advice

All tools, trade logs, option tracking models, calculators, and community content are for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any investment strategy or trade execution. Options and equities trading involve substantial risk of financial loss.

3. Brokerage Connections & Third-Party Integrations

Our platform allows you to aggregate and view your account data from supported third-party financial institutions (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) via API aggregation services provided by SnapTrade.

• Authentication & Security: We do not store your direct brokerage credentials (usernames or passwords). Brokerage connections are securely routed and managed via encrypted tokens through SnapTrade.
• Data Accuracy: Account balances, option positions, and transaction histories rely on third-party API feeds. We cannot guarantee that account data will be uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time.
• Read-Only Access: Connected accounts are used for portfolio visualization, trade planning, and tracking. Easy Investing Income does not execute unauthorized financial transactions on your behalf.

4. User Account Obligations & Account Revocation

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You may disconnect or delete your connected brokerage accounts at any time through your Account Settings or directly from your financial institution's authorized applications dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Investing Income, its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, brokerage API downtime, market data delays, or financial losses incurred from trading decisions.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
